I will be holding an exhibition in Łódź, Poland, from September 1 to 17, 2026.

The exhibition will take place at Galeria Fotografii im. Eugeniusza Hanemana, the headquarters of the Łódź Photographic Society, which has an exchange relationship with the Ashiya Photographic Association.

This exhibition brings together the work of two artists who explore the same theme from completely different perspectives, creating a single exhibition through their contrasting approaches.

By coincidence, both artists traveled to Iceland in 2025 to photograph, and this shared experience naturally led to the theme of nature.

I hope the exhibition will leave a lasting impression on visitors in Poland.

Pharmacists are one of the professions that may be eliminated by AI. However, I believe that only humans can perform interpersonal tasks such as medication instructions, visiting patients’ homes and facilities to check their health conditions, and working with caregivers and medical professionals.

On the other hand, I feel that there are some things that cannot be helped, such as genetic modification, human genome research, and in vitro fertilization.

Many people in the medical industry are pessimistic about Japan’s future, but I hope that the future of my grandchildren will be bright. This exhibition will encourage viewers to think about medical care in Japan.
